The Piston Protector is a protective part located in the power end (rear transmission) section of the mud pump, designed to protect the pump casing and the piston surface against wear. Mounted on the piston, it minimizes the friction and wear that may occur during operation. Thanks to the oil grooves on it, it ensures the regular delivery of oil to the working area, contributing to the reliable, efficient, and long-lasting operation of the moving parts.
